We work with young people to help them take confident, informed decisions about their future choices based on skills, understanding and information. The objective is to improve a young person’s employability …and selectability.

We offer:

Practical Skills: Showing people how to write CV’s and credible covering letters; make on-line applications; and prepare for interviews

Choices: Career information, guidance and coaching

Understanding: Using psychometric profiling techniques to develop core strengths

We work with schools, colleges, small groups and on a one-to-one basis. We provide tailored workshops, training sessions and consultancy. Before each session we will agree a fee and work to your budget

The team at Real Life Skills have wide-ranging experience including recruitment in both the private and state sector; HR management; training; business consultancy and working with young people. By using our experience and understanding we can help make a difference.

Developing important Real Life Skills isn’t just confined to employability skills. Understanding finance, employment rights and modern etiquette are also areas where we can help with advice, workshops and support.
